SMBGASSO is an international asbl (non-profit association) created in July 2018 in Luxembourg. Its vocation is to provide a flexible and secure legal framework for patrons and sponsors who wish to make funds available to finance projects around sport and education with sport.
The desire of the founding members being to create its sport & education model, the choice fell on the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for its central position in Europe, the flexibility of its institutions, the human size of this State and its investment projects to develop sport and education through sport.
Sport is a school of life, which teaches us humility, self-transcendence and teamwork.
Our mission

Achieve and support the development of amateur and professional sport by financing projects related to sport and education through sport.

Help its members, in particular by offering them services of services and support for sports-related projects.

Defend the interests of its members, in particular in their image rights.

Collect and distribute funds from patrons, sponsors and investors to support projects.

To associate with similar organizations abroad with a view to settling by mutual agreement with them questions of common interest.

Join forces with partner image agents of athletes and clubs in order to allow financing and communication concerning projects and donors.

Promote amateur and professional sport in all disciplines, in Europe and around the world.

More generally, develop any activity relating directly or indirectly to issues of interest to sport.

Maintain friendship with sports associations in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and abroad.

Our goal is to create the conditions for private funding for Athletes, Clubs and the training of young people.
